Great central location, only shirt walk to mall and restaurant Districts. Place was very clean, comfortable and accessible and the host and family are lovely lovely people!
Fantastic guest house in a busy Dumaguete. I enjoyed my stay, 12 nights in total. Nikko and his family and great hosts. You can walk to the main boulevard in 10min or take a tricycle for 50php (don’t pay more). Overall, I can highly recommend it!
Very homey and cosy, clean, spacious. In a perfect location, 10 mins front the port and close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Nikko and his family were so friendly and helpful, we rented his scooter and he directed us on where to go!
The place is quite and walking distance to almost around the city. There is a terrace which we really like
It felt like home. They were accommodating. When we requested to upgrade our room, they didn't hesitate to approve our request. The room was so spacious.
Place was very clean and homely. And also near the city center. The staff attendant was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended and will most probably stay there again if we get back to Dumaguete.

Homey and very clean. Walking distance from the city Proper and boulevard The owner and family members are all accommodating,warm,kind and loving. Sala in the 2nd floor is more luxurious than a hotel ambiance with a wide flat screen and yes -with Netflix! Wifi is strong both in 2nd and 3rd floors! Balcony is a house garden feels
the staff is accommodating and nice! room is cold and clean! i love specially the 2 dogs living in the house! ❤️ near the airport and rizal blvd. Good deal!
2 minute walk to the boulevard and you can do a nice walk run along the water edge . Lots of good restaurants nearby . Nicholas was friendly and helpful . Family there were so sweet i would definitely stay here again . And wi-fi works all the time big plus .
